24N Fitness in the City of London Devonshire Square development is nearing completion. Executed at minimal cost the design delvers a refurbished club with a distinctly urban feel including 2 large gym spaces, sauna, showers and yoga studio.

Another tired industrial unit has been given a new lease of life by Seam Architects with a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating. The tenant is already moving in on completion!

A major transformation of Orchard Square in Sheffield is complete. With a brief to maximise the possibilities of a £650,000 budget the public realm works included repaving of the covered mall and square, new awnings, lighting and a fabric canopy structure to the central square. 

The extensive refurbishment and extension of a large rural property in East Sussex is nearly complete. Seam Architects gained planning permission for the substantial alterations to the primary elevation of the property in an AONB.

The refurbishment of a 40,000 sq ft industrial unit in Birmingham is now complete.

Our light office refurbishment scheme in the West End of London is now complete, with more completion photos to follow furniture fit-out.

Plans submitted for rooftop extension to provide 4no. residential dwellings above a commercial building in central London.

Pre-application enquiry submitted for a part new build and extension, residential led development in London. Proposals will see 33 sustainable apartments in a town centre location.

Our food hall project in Sheffield is now complete and serving up the ultimate street food dining experience. SEAM Architects were involved in the Landlord works that saw the conversion of 2 vacant retail units to create an inclusive food hall with bar and stage areas over the ground and basement levels. A fun project to be involved in and well done to all those involved.

Fusion Point 1 in Cardiff has won the 2021 Wales Property Award for Fit Out / Refurbishment of the year.
