Mark Norton
Mark’s extensive experience of over 17 years at Associate and Director level at successful practices has resulted in a specialist knowledge of retail and leisure developments as well as mixed-use and residential work. From projects of £30k to over £40m, the ethos of maximising the potential of any development with critical strategic analysis and inventive solutions, ensures that the client's development and budgetary needs are met.
Close client liaison from feasibility stage through to completion and the responsibility of managing project teams has been key to my role as an Architect in a successful London Practice and I have an excellent record of delivering projects up to £10m to completion on time and on budget.
Sean Hanmer
Sean's range of experience has given him the ability to understand the complexities of each project, and allows him to find optimal design solutions to meet his client's objectives. Sean's professionalism and strong communication skills facilitate exchanges with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Sean is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
