King Edward Court. Windsor

 

The redevelopment of a former Boots store in Windsor required a significant configuration of the service yard below to meet the requirements of incoming tenants, Superdry and Cotswold Outdoors. After a value engineering excercise the scheme was delivered under budget and with additional lettable floor area.
